White Sage has been used in Native American ceremonies and rituals for cleansing for hundreds of years, helping to cleanse, purify and protect by dissipating negative energy and spirits. Many cultures use a ‘smoke bath’ to purify the body, aura and energies, and white sage is often the herb of choice for these.

The heavenly aroma of this sacred herb can provide blessings to a space or object, as well as cleansing the mind and body.

Directions & Ingredients

Before you light up, remember to open a door or window as the unwanted energy you are trying to clear must have a pathway to get out. Hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, light the sage, let it burn for about 20 seconds and then gently blow out the flame so that you see orange embers on one end. Make sure it is smoking. Then you can start the process of clearing your space. Using smooth movements, waft the smoke around your home, body and objects. Once you have cleared the space or home then put the sage in a fire proof dish or even in soil or sand to extinguish fully.

Shipping / Post
We use Australia Post for deliveries, your order will be dispatched 2-5 days after your order has been placed. Australia Post takes approximately 2 to 4 days to deliver to N.S.W, Vic, Queensland and S.A and up to 7 working days to Western Australia. Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends.

Returns Policy

Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact me at karly@narlyandnatural.com and I will do my absolute best to resolve any issue. Narly and Natural does not have to provide a refund if you change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully. Should you wish to return an item / order relating to (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods by telephone or email. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened and in original condition.
